The mission of the Cayman Islands Youth Development Consortium is to motivate all children and young people about their assets development, which encompass the support of their peers, family, school and community.

Our Goals
We aim to provide young people in the Cayman Islands with the resources and support they need to thrive. Our approach is based on the Search Institute's 40 Developmental Assets Framework, which focuses on building the skills, relationships, and positive values young people need to succeed in life. By empowering young people, we can create a brighter future for our community.
